Overview
Agile-series (A-series) 6-axis collaborative robot with 9 kg payload and 1200 mm reach, positioned by Doosan for flexible light-to-medium duty work such as machine tending, packaging and palletizing at lower cost than its M-series. IP54, any-orientation mounting, programmed through Doosan's DART platform. The A0912S adds an integrated force-torque sensor; only the base A0912 is recorded here.

Key facts
- Official basic specifications (Doosan user manual V3.3.0, A-series): payload 9 kg within work radius, max work radius 1200 mm, 6 axes, position repeatability ±0.05 mm (ISO 9283), IP54, noise below 65 dB, any installation direction, operating temperature -5 to 45 C, humidity 90% RH non-condensing.
- Max TCP speed is published only as 'over 1 m/s', so max_speed fields are left empty rather than set to 1.0.
- Joint ranges: J1, J2, J4-J6 ±360°, J3 ±160°. Max joint speed at rated payload: J1-J3 180°/s, J4-J6 360°/s (manual V3.3.0, axis specification).
- Unchained lists control box 12 kg (450 x 210 x 265 mm, 100-240 VAC), I/O supply 24 V 3 A, and certificates ISO 10218 and ISO/TS 15066. Sibling models in the A-series: A0509, A0509S, A0912S, A0912F.
- The Doosan site shows no launch year for the A0912, so year fields are left empty.
- Weight left null: the Doosan manual table (V3.3.0) shows '21 kg, 31 kg' in merged cells that cannot be reliably mapped to the A0509 vs A0912 families, while RoboDK and Unchained Robotics list 27 kg for the A0912. No official A0912 datasheet with a labeled weight was found.
