AI process automation

$900 to $4,900, fixed. Under about 5 hours of work a month, don't build it — we'll say so before you pay.

Headcount grows with paperwork, not with revenue. Every new customer adds invoices to type, confirmations to chase, documents to check — and someone's hours to do it. Payroll climbs a few percent a year for work that produces no decision, and nobody has ever put a number on it.

We take one process and build software that runs it. An AI model handles the part that needs judgement. Ordinary code handles everything else, because most of the work is moving data correctly rather than thinking about it.

We watch you do the job once and write down every exception first. The exceptions are the system. What you get back does the ordinary case without asking and pushes anything unclear to a person, with the reason attached.

You choose where it runs — the code is yours either way

Your servers, ours, or Claude Cowork. That's a decision about your data and your IT rules, and we make it with you. You own the code in all three cases.

APIs change without warning — the monthly fee is what catches it first

Credentials expire. Rate limits appear that weren't there in testing. Left alone an automation degrades quietly and you hear about it from a customer.

If it's not worth $7,500 a year, we say so before you pay

Build plus a year of upkeep on a standard job is about $7,500.

How often the process runs matters less than what its output decides — a monthly job doing twenty hours of purchasing research beats a daily one saving ten minutes.

Over 20 automations already run our own company

Inboxes read every minute, leads qualified in English and Chinese, reports built and emailed before anyone is awake. We sold the first one only after they had run our own operation for months, and 2,000+ automated tests guard them.

4 fixed prices, no hourly billing

Every build price is agreed before we start. The monthly fee only starts once the automation is live.

Frequently asked questions

Do we own the code?

Yes. If you stop paying the monthly fee you keep the software.

Will it work with our systems?

Yes, usually. If a system has no API and no export we tell you at the quote.

Which models do you use?

Four as standard: Claude, Claude Cowork, Microsoft Copilot and the ChatGPT SDK, plus others where the job needs them. We name the one we picked and what it costs to run.

Is there anything you won't automate?

Yes. Work where a wrong answer is expensive and nobody checks the output. We build the escalation path to a person before we build the agent — or we turn the job down.
