Overview
6-axis collaborative robot arm with 12.5 kg payload and 1300 mm reach from UR's e-Series, with IP54, any-orientation mounting, a force-torque sensor at the tool flange and the UR+ accessory ecosystem. In 2025 Universal Robots renamed the UR10e to UR12e (same hardware, now on the Gen 7 CB7 controller); the UR10e datasheet is still published and resellers still list it.

Key facts
- Renamed UR12e in 2025: UR's launch page says 'the UR10e has been renamed to UR12e, ensuring consistency across the series' (universal-robots.com/2025/productlaunch). The UR12e-1300 page lists the same 12.5 kg payload and 1300 mm reach, 33.5 kg weight and ±0.05 mm repeatability, on CB7 / TP7 Core.
- Reach 1300 mm; payload 12.5 kg; max TCP speed 4 m/s; repeatability ±0.05 mm (ISO 9283).
- Joint speeds 120°/s (base, shoulder) and 180°/s (elbow, wrists); all six joints ±360°.
- Weight incl. cable 33.3 kg; footprint Ø190 mm; arm cable 6 m; noise < 65 dB(A); max power 615 W; 100-240 V AC.
- Fieldbus: Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET / PROFIsafe; ROS / ROS 2 listed in the datasheet; 23 configurable safety functions.
- Some resellers (e.g. Unchained Robotics) list the UR10e payload as 10 kg, which is the older marketing name; the UR datasheet (September 2026) states 12.5 kg.
- Status is 'limited', not 'discontinued': UR says only that the model was renamed UR12e, the UR10e datasheet (September 2026) is still online and resellers still sell it. The UR12e is a separate catalog entry and is set as successor_id.
- Year 2018: Universal Robots launched the e-Series (including the UR10e) on 15 June 2018 (UR e-Series press release, fetched 2026-10-17); 12.5 kg payload version followed in 2021 per UR news.
