Overview
Lightweight 6-axis robot arm from Hangzhou-based Unitree, sold in two trims: Z1 Air (2 kg payload, 4.3 kg) and Z1 Pro (3 kg or more payload, 4.5 kg). Both reach 740 mm with about 0.1 mm repeatability, run on 24 V (500 W max) and offer position plus force control with collision detection over Ethernet from an Ubuntu host. Joint actuators are 405 g modules with harmonic reducers, 33 N·m peak torque and 1 kHz control. Unitree says end effectors can be swapped quickly.
