Overview
MW-K16 is Multiway's autonomous very-narrow-aisle (VNA) truck for high-bay pallet storage. It carries 1,500 kg, lifts 11 m as standard (up to 16.5 m on request), works in aisles down to 1.75 m and turns its forks 180 degrees to serve racks on both sides without turning the body. Driving speed is up to 2.2 m/s unloaded; runtime is 6-8 h on a 48 V 450 Ah LFP battery.

Sensors
- Navigation: LiDAR per datasheet; reflector per model page (sources differ)
- Safety obstacle-avoidance LiDAR (bottom, forward and backward)
- Stereo obstacle avoidance
- Fork-tip photoelectric sensor
- Safety bumper / anti-collision strip
- Visual pallet pose identification and high-bay detection
Locomotion
wheeled VNA truck, 180-degree rotating, side-shifting forks, LiDAR (datasheet) or reflector (model page, standard) navigation
Manipulation
Arms: 0 DOF · Hands: Three-way pallet forks, 180-degree rotation with side shift; lift 11,000 mm standard, up to 16,500 mm; 700 kg at max height; fork 1200x125x50 mm
Use cases
narrow-aisle high-bay pallet storage, put-away and retrieval on both sides of an aisle, cold-chain storage (customisable)
Key facts
- Lift height resolved: the official model page (fetched 2026-10-17) says 11,000 mm standard and customisable up to 16,500 mm; the K Series datasheet (PDF, mw-r.com) lists 16,500 mm as the maximum. Third-party figures of 9 m do not appear in any Multiway document. Load capacity at max height is 700 kg per the model page.
- Aisle width 1,750 mm and turning radius 2,250 mm: K Series datasheet; the model page lists the turning radius only. Capacity 1,500 kg at 500 mm load centre (datasheet).
- Speed: datasheet 'Max Driving Speed (No Load/Full Load)' 2.2 / 1 m/s; the model page says 1-2.2 m/s. max_speed_ms is the unloaded figure; km/h is converted (x3.6).
- Battery: 48 V / 450 Ah LFP (datasheet and model page), so battery_wh = 21,600 Wh is computed (48 x 450); runtime 6-8 h, a range, so battery_hours is null. Charging pile 48 V 200 A, auto or manual charging.
- Weight is a range (6,280-7,260 kg, with battery) and height varies with mast (closed height 2,935-4,265 mm), so both are null.
- Navigation: datasheet says LiDAR / mixed navigation; the model page marks reflector navigation 'Standard' and LiDAR 'Optional'. The two disagree, so no single navigation method is asserted.
- Datasheet notes parameters are 'for reference only' and subject to real-time update. IP rating, operating temperature and certifications are not published, so null/empty. Price not published.
