Overview
Compact 6-axis collaborative robot arm from Shanghai-based JAKA, with a 7 kg payload, 819 mm reach, ±0.02 mm repeatability and a 22 kg arm. JAKA describes an integrated joint design that is easy to assemble and take apart, a high payload-to-weight ratio, and a safety design meant to remove the need for fences. It is programmed graphically or by drag teaching from a PC, tablet or phone, and is aimed at loading and unloading, screwdriving, inspection, packing and flexible assembly.
