Overview
Compact 6-axis collaborative robot arm from Shanghai-based JAKA (节卡), the 5 kg member of the Zu series: 954 mm reach, ±0.02 mm repeatability, 23 kg arm including cables and IP54 protection with a 350 W typical draw. JAKA describes an integrated joint design that is easy to assemble and take apart and a safety design meant to remove the need for fences. It is programmed graphically or by drag teaching from a PC, tablet or phone and is aimed at screwdriving, flexible assembly, gluing, handling and welding.
