Overview
LuckiBot is OrionStar's entry delivery robot for restaurants and hotels. It carries 10 kg per tray and 40 kg in total on three or four adjustable trays, runs about 10 hours per charge, and cruises at 0.5 to 1.2 m/s. A 10.1-inch screen and 6-microphone array handle voice interaction; the same robot also works in greeting, guidance and cruise modes, and several robots can share a floor and give way by priority.

Key facts
- Official specs: 530 x 500 x 1320 mm, 39 kg, trays 500 x 430 mm (two upper) and 480 x 400 mm (bottom), 10 kg per tray, 40 kg total, 4.5 h charge, 10 h typical cruising. Height 132 cm is read from the last figure of the size, since the page does not label the axes.
- Battery is listed on OrionStar's comparison page as 15.15 Ah / 25.2 V; the 382 Wh in the specs is that product (about 381.8 Wh), calculated here, not published by OrionStar.
- Tray count: the spec section describes three trays, the FAQ says 3 or 4 adjustable tiers. The comparison page lists 3-4 tiers.
- The page states tray area as 0.2 sq m in one place and 0.18 sq m in another.
- Navigation sensors per the comparison page: LiDAR, depth camera, infrared camera and IMU (fewer cameras than LuckiBot Pro, which adds fisheye and wide-angle cameras).
- Larger sibling LuckiBot Pro (59 kg, 15 kg per tray, 60 kg total) has its own page and id; it is a separate model on OrionStar's site, not formally a successor.
- OrionStar (Beijing OrionStar Technology) says it was founded in September 2016 under Cheetah Mobile and reports 60,000+ robots shipped as of Dec 2023 (company-wide, en.orionstar.com).
- Source of the battery capacity (Ah / V), compute, camera and sensor list: OrionStar delivery-robot comparison page https://en.orionstar.com/pro_compare.html (fetched 2026-10-17); the product page itself does not carry these values. battery_wh is calculated here (V x Ah), not published.
- A reseller listing (Mondonovo, 'Lucky Bot', EUR 11,990 excl. tax) was removed in the batch 19 review: its spec table (47 kg, 15 Ah, 12-15 h battery, 4 h charge) does not match LuckiBot (39 kg, 15.15 Ah, 10 h, 4.5 h), so it is probably a different model and is not used as this robot's price. No seller price for this exact model has been read.
