Overview
LOWY is BALYO's autonomous stacker (AGV/AMR) built on a standard OEM forklift. It carries 1,600 kg, lifts up to 2.9 m (low and middle lift options) and travels up to 2 m/s. It handles horizontal pallet moves such as conveyor and stretch-wrapper handover, palletizer pick-up, receiving, staging, inter-building transport and empty-pallet removal, and can switch between manual and automatic control.

Key facts
- BALYO page (fetched 2026-10-17): capacity 1,600 kg / 3,500 lbs (kg and lb figures agree), lift up to 2.9 m (also written 2.93 m), travel up to 2 m/s, dimensions 2,350 x 811 x 2,327 mm. height_cm is null: the 2,327 mm figure on that line is ambiguous (the page does not say whether the mast is lowered, whether it includes the LiDAR arch, or which lift option it is).
- Aisle width is listed as 'from 2.9 m / 10 ft', the same figure as the lift height. That may be a copy of the lift value on BALYO's page; not independently confirmed, so it is not used as a spec.
- Energy: lead acid, NMC or TPPL battery; auto-charge or wireless charging. Capacity and runtime not published, so null.
- Weight, launch year, certifications and price are not on the page, so null. The product photo shows the 'DRIVEN by BALYO' autonomy kit on the stacker.
- Capacity check requested by the intake note: the LOWY page itself says 1,600 kg; no 1,200 kg figure appears on it.
- Navigation: infrastructure-free, 3D LiDAR on top of the robot with a SLAM algorithm; no reflectors, magnets or QR codes needed (BALYO product page).
- Image: BALYO cover photo https://www.balyo.com/hubfs/Files/Product-Pages/Products-Covers/Lowy_Cover-photo.jpg (1200x900 source, balyo.com product page), cropped to the robot and placed on white at 800x534.
