Overview
The Flexley Stack AMR F602 is a compact autonomous pallet stacker from ABB Robotics for narrow aisles and tight spaces. It carries up to 1,600 kg on forks, lifts to 1.8, 4.8 or 6.0 m depending on mast (800 kg at 4.8 m, 600 kg at 6 m), has a 1,683 mm turning radius, drives at up to 1.7 m/s forward and navigates by laser with up to +/-10 mm positioning accuracy. ABB lists vertical operations, inbound and outbound pallet handling, line supply and end-of-line handling as uses.

Key facts
- Specs: ABB product page (fetched 2026-10-17 from the abb.com/gb path; the /global/ path returned 404 to the fetcher that day: payload up to 1,600 kg, turning radius 1,683 mm) plus the ABB AMR F602 datasheet (fetched 2026-10-17 from the ABB distributor Carolina Motion Controls; ABB's own PDF URL did not respond). Provenance: ABB's own PDF URL did not respond, so the datasheet figures come from a copy hosted by the distributor Carolina Motion Controls (carolinamotioncontrols.com); it is not confirmed to be the current ABB version.
- Lift: datasheet lists service capacity 1,600 kg and lifting heights 1,800 / 4,800 / 6,000 mm with residual capacity 1,600 kg at 1.8 m, 800 kg at 4.8 m and 600 kg at 6 m (600 mm load centre).
- Dimensions 2,055 x 830 x 2,751 mm with the 6 m mast; ABB notes height varies with mast and options, so height_cm 275.1 is for the 6 m mast. Note the card pairs this 6 m-mast height with the 1,600 kg payload, which only holds at the 1.8 m lift (800 kg at 4.8 m, 600 kg at 6 m).
- Speed: forward 0.03 to 1.7 m/s, backward 0.03 to 1 m/s. Positioning accuracy up to +/-10 mm. Indoor use only.
- Battery: Li-ion 48 V 200 Ah per datasheet; ABB does not publish watt-hours, so battery_wh is null. Online brush charging or external charger. Runtime not published.
- Fleet: SIGAT 120 interface and Kollmorgen System Manager. Optional: anti-collision scanner, Bluespot. Third-party sites state a 1,637 mm turning radius; ABB's page and datasheet say 1,683 mm, which is used.
- Related: ABB's F702 (2 t, 8.5 m lift) and the newer AI-powered F712 (Visual SLAM, up to 2,000 kg, 8.5 m) are higher-capacity stackers in the same family; the F702 page could not be fetched on 2026-10-17 (the F602 page itself lists the F702), so it is a candidate, not in the catalog.
- Weight not published in the fetched sources, so weight_kg is null; year of launch not stated, so year_available is null.
- Image: ABB render is low resolution (small source); no higher-resolution official render was found.
